Highly Demanded HDPE Electrofusion Pipe Fittings Manufacturer, Supplier in India
HDPE electrofusion fitting, also known as HDPE coupler fitting, is mainly used to join two lengths of poly pipe in a straight line. It is used to join a long spigot fitting with a piece of wire. It is available in the size range of 20 mm to 800 mm; electrofusion coupling fittings come in SDR 11. SDR11 electrofusion couplers are rated to PN16 water and 1000 kPa gas, and SDR17 electrofusion couplers are rated to PN10 water and PN6 gas.
Electrofusion coupler fittings are made from PE 100 material with a precisely moulded engineering coil of wire, making sure of uniform melting for a strong electrofusion joint and the minimization of welding and cooling items. They are suitable for using HDPE pipes and are welded with an electrofusion pressure welder. Electrofusion coupling joiners are also known as electrofusion joiners, HDPE coupling fittings, electrofusion socket fittings, or EF pipe joiners.
HDPE electrofusion uses fittings, which have small copper wires embedded within the interior of the fitting. Electric current is then passed through wires by the electrofusion processor, which creates heat, in turn melting the HDPE on the inside of the fitting and the outside of the pipe, creating a similar bond and leak-free joint.
